carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreAfter waiting a few days I called the office and requested a call from Mr. Hight. No reply. Left message on his cell number from his business card. No reply. This slowed down the process of finding someone else to deal with a problem that needed attention right away, That included duct cleaning, carpet removal and replacement, and carpet cleaning. I was able to locate others (see reviews) on Angie's List and the work was done to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Mr Hight came on appointment, inspected, discussed needs, explained what they would be able to do. He said he would mail or deliver an itemized estimate within a day or two.
