If he thinks you are wasting your money to repair an item, he will tell you so. His timely arrival and skilled repair work was great, and he left the area cleaned up. I have used him a number of times and never been disappointed.

Again, the problem in refrigerator turned out to be computer related and Howard was honest in saying a GE techician would be necessary. He charged me $50.00 for two hours of work and I will use him again in the future.

A rubber door gasket had worked itself loose on my refrigerator door so I called and spoke with Mr. Schulze who said he could be here on Monday morning. He asked for the refrigerator's model number so he could have a replacement gasket with him when he came. He is a very likable guy and he went about his work immediately. No new parts were necessary. Great experience.... I'm glad to find a good, honest, and reasonably priced appliance guy.

I called him and told him that after investigating a problem with my washer I thought I diagnosed that the agitator might have some broken plastic pieces. He told me he carries parts on his truck and would take a look. Upon arriving he investigated and came to the same conclusion. He showed me the exact broken pieces as he dis-assembled the part in my presense, fixed it within minutes, and then ran the machine to make sure it had been repaired properly.

Schulze came out to our home and looked at our dryer that was on the blink. It turned out to be something within the motor and they fixed it within the same day. They are a very reliable, punctual and a somewhat professional company to use for any large appliance breakdown.

THE PEOPLE THAT WORKED ON MY DRYER WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY HAVE DONE WORK FOR ME BEFORE, SO I THINK THEIR WORK IS REALLY GOOD. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RELIABLE FOR ME.
