I can't Say enough good things about Mark Rose. The service was very efficient, reasonably priced, good attention to detail made sure that everything was fixed. He double checked to make sure everything was fixed.

Smooth friendly and professional service. Nice job. Would use again. $89 for labor and $129 for parts for entire job.

He is excellent. He stopped what he was doing once and serviced my water heater. He even came out on a Sunday afternoon. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have been using his services for over ten years. I deal directly with the owner Mark Rose. He and his son-in-law, Nathan, perform all of the work. They are very professional and have great skill in which they do their work. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

Installer came as promised. Installed hot water heater and ran pipe under floor to outside per to city code. Inspector came and said he had done an excellent job. Disposed of old tank, cleaned up any mess. Installer was polite. Am very satisfied with owner, installer and work done.

There was a backup in the sewer line which resulted in sewage in my back yard. The plumber came to my house promptly, tried to snake my drains, but was unsuccessful. He stated several things that he thought might be the problem. 1) He couldn't get the snake to go the correct way so he thought the pipes became misaligned. 2) He thought there may be a backup in my sewer line. Either way, he stated that I would need to dig up my backyard, get to the pipes to actually determine the problem. He didn't know if his company had a permit to dig in Broken Arrow and he was going to call me back to see if his company could continue. That was two months ago and I'm still waiting on that phone call. Regardless of the problem, he still charged me $125 and he didn't fix the problem. Several days after this plumber came to my house, I called another plumber to get a second opinion. The second plumber (Mullins) walked in my backyard and within seconds determined the problem to be a backup on the City's side. The second plumber found the man-hole and he was right, it was on the City side. He didn't charge me anything. The City came out the same day and within minutes the problem was solved.

THEIR PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN I WOULD PREFER, BUT THEY DO GOOD WORK AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PLUMBING PROBLEMS SINCE THEY CAME OUT. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

EVERY TIME THEY COME OUT THEY GET THE JOB DONE AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE AND THEY DO GREAT WORK. THE COSTS ARE REASONABLE FOR THE ALL THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE FOR US. I ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING THEM EVERY TIME THEY COME OUT TO OUR HOME.

I REALLY LIKED THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS COMPANY. THEIR WORK WAS REALLY GOOD TOO. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY CLOGGED DRAINS SINCE. THEY ARE RELIABLE AS WELL. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.
