Todd always came when he said he would and was on time for all appointments.  he was able to give me an accurate estimate of cost and when he could start the work in addition to how long it would take.  When repairing my roof from a storm, he was noit able to start the work that day so he tarped the area to ensure there would be no water damage.
The crew was professional, completed the work as scheduled and everything was cleaned up when they were finished.
I would highly recommend Roofing Etc for any roofing repair or replacement work.

Estimator (Todd Jr.) visited our home twice to discuss job with us. He was not the lowest bidder, but offered several premium options at a competitive price. He also gave my wife and me the feeling that he would take good care of us and do a good job. Speed was also a factor in his favor - he promised to have the work done in one day. The new roof was on in one day, but cleanup required a couple of extra hours the next day; this met our expectations.

THEY WERE TIMELY. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY CORDIAL. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES WELL. I WAS GREATLY SATISFIED WITH QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND WORKMANSHIP.
