ROBERTSON'S TREE SVC

After 3 days of work, Randy's crew had done about 75% of the work. It was a Saturday and Randy asked to be paid early because he wanted to get the check to the bank before the bank closed. I paid Randy about $1000, withholding $100 until he finished. He seemed agreeable with this. His crew had done a good job trimming the other trees in the yard. They also did a fair job cutting down most of the big oak tree and stacking the fire wood. What they did NOT do, was finish. They left me with a 5-foot stump and some enormous 2-foot tall rounds in the front flower bed. They also left a big pile of sticks and debris that they raked together but never hauled away. They also left a gas-powered log splitter in my driveway for about a month. When they came back for the log splitter, my wife demanded that they finish. They ignored her and left. We never heard from him again. Advice: don't pay Randy in advance Also, I suspect the 3 all-A reports listed next to mine are bogus.

THEY WERE VERY CONTINUOUS ON THE WORK I WANTED THEM TO DO. THEY MADE SURE THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND MADE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED BEFORE THEY WANTED THE FEE FOR THEIR SERVICES.

I WAS REALLY PLEASED WHEN THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER, AND ALSO TOOK EXTRA TIME TO CLEANUP THE MESS AFTERWARDS.

I THOUGHT HE DID A GREAT JOB. HE MADE SURE THAT THE TREE BRANCHES DID NOT HIT MY HOUSE. MY YARD LOOKS A LOT BETTER NOW THAT THE TREES DON'T HAVE ALL THOSE DEAD BRANCHES. HE TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.
