I set up an appointment for their free estimate. I stayed home from work to meet with them. They never called, never showed. I should have known better seeing when I spoke with the person scheduling the meeting she mentioned she was already 15 minutes late for her meeting with them. It did not seem to bother her. People’s time is valuable. If you can’t make the meeting you schedule, at least call them early enough so they can make adjustments in their schedules. Not a way to run a business. I will not hire this company nor recommend them.

It’s a one stop shop. They do everything. They are professional and reliable.

They send out two to three employees on average. They complete the work in roughly an hour and a half. I've seem them working on the neighbors yards and that's why I chose them. You will have to call them to see what there schedule is to see when they will be here so you can supervise any extra jobs that need doing.

Called them to request a quote, they never called back.

They worked all day with winter clean up of dead plantings and leaves. Prepared soil nicely where they planted new color in four different areas.

I thought Roark Landscape Inc's quote was high. They were very prompt, they came the next day. They gave me the quote, measured the yard, and were very nice.

We've been using them for a while.

If this was to small of a job for this company the sales rep should have been forthcoming. We just wasted a week.

I AM HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY WORK DONE IN THE BAD AREA THAT WAS IN MY LAWN. THEY CAME AND TOOK CARE OF THIS PROBLEM BEFORE I WOKE UP. I LIKE HOW MY LAWN LOOKS NOW THAT THEY ARE FINISHED. IT TOOK THEM FOUR HOURS TO COMPLETE THE JOB BUT IT LOOKS GREAT.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DO. THEY MAKE OUR YARD LOOK SO NICE IN A SHORT TIME. THEY EVEN SPRAY FOR WEEDS AND FERTILIZE AS THEY GO. I'M ALWAYS PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DO.
