This individual did exceptional work in all areas and we were extremely pleased. However, we had given him money in advance to purchase wood for the cabinet doors. Unfortunately, that was the last time we saw him. We tried contacting him by phone and reached only voice mail. No calls were returned. We know that he was just ignoring our calls because the person who referred him had spoken to him on occasion after that time. He, too, was unable to get him to return to complete the job.
