It was obvious the two guys had experience and knew what they were doing. They stayed focused on the job until it was finished. Work was completed in one afternoon.
This report is prepared in 2015, and now after 8 years, the patio roof and posts are as fine as the day the work was done.

The Residential Repair team did a great job for us on a complete remodel of our kitchen. From helping out with the initial design to installation of the flooring, cabinets, lighting, and appliances, they were a pleasure to work with. As the job was nearing completion they addressed all detail work and any concerns we had. In short, they made sure we were happy and got exactly what we wanted. In addition, they stayed within the initial budget that we set at the beginning of the job. We now have a beautiful, updated kitchen and we are glad we chose them.

They worked with us on our schedules and all their people were professional and courteous.
We had 4 double windows that needed new screens and some siding that needed repair. Our house is like a two story so they had to work with a high ladder to perform the work, which was not a problem for the repairman. The estimator was very professional and quick and got the estimate back via email in 24 hours. After a couple of days, the work was scheduled, they were extra flexible to our schedules. The ladies in the office were very helpful and courteous. When the repairman and his helper came out, he was very nice and very professional.
Excellent company where all the employees work together to get the project completed. We are planning on calling this company in a few weeks for more home repair.

"We have never invoiced a job at 5411 S. Boston, nor do we work on Sundays, April 6, 2014. We also show no crew scheduled there during the month of April, 2014. We provide written estimates for repairs, and there is no estimate for this address. Our minimum charge to work on a property is 125.00 for a truck and two men. This review does not belong to us given the facts turned in. I trust Angie's List will look into this and let us know."
"We are sorry you did not get what you expected. Our written estimate to you was for re-hanging the loose gutters you had and cleaning them. We did not know at the time of the estimate or at the time we were on site, that you wanted leaks fixed. Since the gutters you have are not seamless gutters, leaks are to be expected. You signed the written estimate and our crew came to your home to do the accepted repairs. After we completed the work, you purchased some "stop leak " in a spray can and called us to spray it on. We told you that it probably would not stop the leaks but offered to spray it on at no charge and with no warranty. You said you would have a family member do it. Had we known that you wanted to stop the leaks in the pieced gutters, we would have suggested you install seamless gutters. That is not what you requested when you called for an estimate, nor approved in writing on the estimate, nor had us do, nor paid for. We strive to keep our customers happy and perform the job according to the written accepted estimate. Once again, we did not estimate to repair leaking gutters, did not attemp to repair leaking gutters, did not charge to repair leaking gutters, were not paid to repair leaking gutters."
