The service technician arrived on time. Checked out the ac, and determined what needed to be done in short order. The unit needed a new fan, which they installed. I was satisfied with the service provided. They were acting on behalf of a home warranty claim I had submitted. I had a 75 dollar deductible. I rated the price as a "B" simply because I had no sense of what they would have charged if it hadn't been covered by a home warranty service.

Line was charged and bolts where left unscrewed. We told them that the unit wasn't cooling and they indicated that we would need to run the unit for a couple of days before it started cooling. Unit never started cooling.
