Rainproof Roofing Company

The entire reroofing job lasted approximately 6 weeks.  We have 2 neighborhoods consisting of 57 homes/condos.  Roofing materials were delivered a few days before each section was to be reroofed.  Shingles were placed on rooftops by conveyer belt.  Old shingles and all old nails were removed.  Bad decking was replaced on each home.  Ice and water shield and new felt was put on prior to new shingles.  Flashing was added where none existed.  Vents were added to all homes and all pipes on each roof were painted. Cleaning of each yard took place upon completion of each home and a magnet was run to pick up any remaining nails.  On occasion work had to be delayed because of rain.  Rain did create a problem one day when it wasn't in the forcast and a huge cloud came out of nowhere and pounded us with rain.  Several homes got water damage inside and Rainproof Roofing immediately made arrangements to get the damage fixed.  We did have several places where nails were found and Rainproof Roofing came back to run the magnets again. A couple of homes needed flashing repaired after it rained and an attic leak and a hole were found. Rainproof was here as soon as they learned about the leak and fixed it promptly.  Other than those difficulties, everything else went extremely well.  I have received many emails, cards, phone calls and personal comments from the homeowners on how well the whole job went, how hard the crew worked and how much they appreciate their new roofs.
