The workers on the pick up and delivery were so nice and moved furniture out of the way on the pick up then moved it again on delivery and put it back after the rug was placed.

"Thank you so much for your review of our company! To be 100% honest we actually immersed your rug at our location! And that was why we were able to do it for a good price. There are some cleaners that do send off rugs to Texas, but prices end up doubling because of transport and the "middle man" has to be payed. No one else in Oklahoma has a full size wash pit like we do, and that was the main reason we decided to bring that technology into Radicans. I am greatly sorry about the confusion on that, but am thrilled that you enjoyed the work. Please let us know how we can be of assistance to you in the future!"
