It's going good.

Tile guy was great, carpet guys were sketchy but nice enough. Tim was the salesman and he was very helpful.

I called RR Tile and Carpet to come out and give me an estimate. Salesperson Tim Foster came out and measured. He was very professional, punctual and quick. A couple days later, I went to RR Tile and Carpet to select the tile I wanted. I was told the installation would take 4 days. The following Tuesday, the installer Brad came out and began installation. They coordinated the installation to insure that I would not be without a working toilet at any time. They also had to coordinate with a plumber to come in and reset the toilets and also someone to reinstall the baseboards. Everything went smoothly until the guy that was supposed to install the baseboards. He did not show. I put a call in to Tim Foster, the salesperson that promised me it would be complete in 4 days. He didn't have anyone available to come out until the following week. This was not okay with me so Tim made calls and found someone to come out that day and complete the job. Both Tim Foster and Brad were excellent to work with and the tile was expertly installed and I couldn't be happier with it.

From selection of the new tile to completion of the project, we were very pleased with R and R. They were very helpful in the decision-making process. Tim Foster came to our home, gave an estimate, offered suggestions and coordinated the project. Brad, the installer was very professional, did a superb job, explained the operation of the floor warming system and care of the new tile floor and cleaned everything up before he left. The job was done as promised and on schedule. We would definitely hire R and R again. They were referred to us by friends who had a similar project done in their home and we would definitely refer R and R Carpet and Tile Co. to anyone considering this type of project.

THEY HAVE EXCEPTIONAL PRICES. I HAVE SHOPPED AROUND AND THEY ARE ONE OF THE BEST I COULD FIND. THEIR SERVICE IS ALSO RESPONSIVE AS THEY CATER TO MY EVERY NEED. I HAVE NOW USED R and R FOR OVER 20 YEARS.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR WORK IS HORRIBLE. IT TOOK THEM FOUR MONTHS TO DO A SIX HOUR JOB AND THEN THEY DIDN'T EVEN LAY THE TRIM RIGHT AT ALL. THIS IN NOT WHAT I WANTED AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
