QUICK PLUMBING CO

I decided to use this business because someone mentioned it on an online review that they are affordable. They probably had friends and family write the reviews for them. Because they are NOT affordable at all! Stay as far away as possible! I called them to fix a small/very minor and common pipe leak in the wall and they charged me $388.72!! It was such a simple leak and small leak it should have been around $200 to fix the leak. They did not give me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it before they started working on it. They charged me for 3 1/2 hours to fix the pipe. When it only took him 2 hours to fix it at the most! That is 1 1/2 hours of being overcharged! They also charged me 1 hour ($105) to go get the parts!! The parts are the most common parts that a plumber would have! It is not my fault he came to my house unprepared - I told him about the leak before he showed up! That is outrageous to charge me for that!! They should have had the parts in their truck because that is the most common household parts that every plumber has in their truck, except them! And it should have never took him 2 1/2 hours to fix such a minor issue!! The guy was super slow and dragged out the whole process to charge me more since he charges by the hour and not by the job, which they did not disclose to me at all until after he finished. He charged $105 per hour on a Monday at 2pm! That is an outrageous amount for a daytime plumber. And the total cost of the materials was only $21.22! I called them and asked for a refund for the 1 hour it took them to go get the parts because I should not be charged for his unpreparedness, but the owner will not return my phone calls or voicemails. I also went to their location to discuss this with the owner and to show him my receipt and they are not at a physical location (which is a major red flag)! I tried to give them a chance to make things right, but they refuse to so by dodging me - which is another red flag, so if you had an issue later on with their work, they will be long gone and you will be out more money. The red pipe in the picture is the area they fixed, and I should have not been charged almost $400 to fix!! I tried to help out a small local company, but it was an expensive lesson learned. They are the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with! Please stay away from them and use a different, more reputable, company. Shame on them, this is not how you run a business!

They sent out 2 guys so I had to pay for 2 when it didn't take 2 guys to plumb a tub in place.
They exaggerated how long they actual worked, they said they were there for 3.5 hours when they were actually there less than 3.
Both guys left to go get parts and charged me 1/2 labor, when it didn't take to men to get parts.
When cutting sheetrock back, I advised them to use a razor blade, they insisted in using a sawzall and I asked them to be careful and not cut supporting joist.  They ended cutting 2nd story supporting joist – which becomes a structural issue.
They took my copper and shower fixture that was in that bathroom with out asking me..
Once inspecting the work, they did not install the rubber gasket for the tub overflow.  If I had not caught this problem it would have caused the tub to leak.
I had to purchase additional tools and parts to finish the job that they could
not complete in timely manner.

Overall the service went well.

I was always satisfied with them until I noticed that my outside water main spin thing was broken off and it could only have been when they were there but I am not sure if they did it. They are fast. They really are quick and come quite quickly. They can get you in so quickly with anything. The people that they have are quite professional. They are very nice too. Their clean up is always pristine. They are a bit too expensive. Their quality is great except for that broken thing, but I am not positive they did it. I am a creature of habit and may possibly use them again.

I STUMBLED ACROSS THESE GUYS WHEN I SAW THEIR TRUCK ONE DAY. I CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE SIDE AND COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK FOR ME.

THE PERSON THEY SENT OVER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HARDWORKING. HE DID THE JOB VERY QUICKLY AND DID QUALITY WORK. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM THE COMPANY.
