They were supposed to re paint the homes interior but after painting, there was drip marks on the door, paint on the door knobs. Property Plus had been charging me for mowing but the front and back yard were hardly mowed. The company charged for debris removal but the debris was just put into a corner of the backyard. When I asked for copies of invoices to view the charges, PP told me that they don't keep records of the invoices. When I asked for an itemized list, they referred me to their website to access my account. When I did, nothing was itemized and everything was clumped under "maintenance". I found out that they overcharge for all services done on my property and they do not keep invoices because they don't want the owners knowing about the overcharges. The staff and manager do not respond timely to phone calls or emails. They are not willing to provide information to you. They like to transfer you to other staff, but it is just a way to pass the buck along. The owner said the reason they do not respond in a timely manner is due to being short staffed. I feel that is not a valid reason to be unprofessional. I strongly recommend any other property company instead of Property Plus. It will save you lots of money and stress.
