+ -1 moreAgain, it was a disaster. Right up front we told her we wanted to keep the cabinets because our son was going to use them in his house; they ripped them out in pieces and tossed them. She would not show up and when she did she would want $50 just for coming out with a token supply of some kind. When the glass person called her and said the shower was not built right she bailed and has not been heard from since.
Description of Work: We remodeled our master bathroom and chose ProjectPro. It was a disaster from the beginning. The shower was installed in a way that is not usable and will have to be redone. The final straw is Kimberly Long (aka ProjectPro) has bailed out on the job and does not return phone calls and still has some products that we paid for but were never installed. She and Marc (her main subcontractor and ex-husband) would do things their way without weighing the opinion of the owner. We have been told by one subcontractor that he never saw a dime from her and is out $400 of his own money. We are going to have to get someone else to come in to finish up at additional cost. There is a reason she does not have a real address on her web page.
