Pro Team Clean of Oklahoma

I just had to write a second review. Generally a cleaning company does great work for a few months then begins to slack off. Not pro team clean. Each week is as thorough as when they began. I've even recommended them to family. So nice too. Professional . I couldn't recommend a company more!

First appt was made only after a lecture from Randy about how cleaning services work, what they DON'T do, and how I'm to tip the cleaning people (not included in approximate cost of service). We've used a cleaning service before on a regular basis. I know exactly what to expect. The lecture he gave and what followed...wasn't it. First appt? Canceled at 8pm the night before. Second appt? I get a text that he's lost my address which I gave him when scheduling the first appointment. Then, I get a text an hour before that they'll be an 1 hour and 15 minutes LATE. Not asking if this is okay, just stating it as FACT...with the excuse that they're driving from Sapulpa to Tulsa being the reason? They end up showing up only 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time (so only 15 minutes late). Two women arrived at 10:45am and left at 12:25pm. They were at our house for a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes. We paid for a 4 hour cleaning through Groupon. It was very rudely explained to me in no uncertain terms on the first phone call to Randy (although NOT in anywhere when purchasing the Groupon) that "4 hours of cleaning" means 4 hours with 1 person or 2 hours with 2 people. Although that's NOT what I bought, a quick online review let me know I couldn't argue this. I just wouldn't use the company again. However, I didn't even get the 2 hours that I theoretically paid for (although I ACTUALLY paid for 4). This company is seriously guilty of false advertising and they KNOW it. The cleaning? Sub par. I knew that if we'd only have them for 2 hours that I needed to make SURE the priority areas got attention first so we asked them to focus on the bathrooms and kitchen and then to sweep, mop and vacuum. We asked them to not even worry about the closed bedrooms or gameroom upstairs figuring those rooms just needed vacuuming and we could do that later. However, they didn't even do a wipe down of the outside of our kitchen cabinets something every cleaning company we have ever had in 4 previous states (and Tulsa) has always done. The bathroom sinks in our upstairs bathroom were still dirty. And those things are just with a cursory look. They had an extra 20 minutes (at minimum...assuming I go by their "2 hour" rule and not the 4 hours for which we actually paid). That they left those things undone is absolutely unacceptable; as is the way we were treated from contact one with their company! We will never do business with their company again.

Your team that cleaned for us were very personable, professional and efficient. They did a wonderful job and if we lived in that area still would definitely use them again. Thanks for the help!!

They came with in 2 hours after my request. The fit me in, even after they had cleaned another place for several hours! I had ask them to clean for me before and was so pleased with the results. This was over 2 years ago. I always do my own cleaning and was recovering from surgery. When i found we were going to have company from out of town , I knew I needed help. The only company i would ever want to clean my house is this one. They are exceptional and so great to have in you home. I can't tell you what a blessing they are. I am so thankful i found them. If anyone needs house cleaning done, this is who you need to call!!! R. Jobe

Where do I start? Fantastic, amazing, professional. You get the idea. From the ceiling to the floor and then the floor. Wiped the base boards by hand. Wiped Venetian blinds one at a time . Took cushions off of furniture and vacuumed. Vacuumed the drapes. Moved furniture and swept and mopped. Picked up nick knacks and dusted each one. I could go on and on but this company does what it says it will do and more.
I don't think there is anything that they did not do in cleaning my house. Randy is so easy to work with and the three young women were exceptional. Hire them today!! They will be at my house every other week.

They were fantastic and I will definitely be hiring them again.  For the two hours they were here, they were so thorough and efficient.
