Yes, I recommend this pro
They sprayed 6 inches of insulation into our attic and above our garage.  They brought the hose through the window of a second floor bedroom and into the closet where the attic door is.  They cleaned up any mess that was made.  It took less then an hour.  They asked but did not pressure us into purchasing any more insulation or services.  It was hard to say what the value of the free 6 inches of insulation is but we estimate around $300.
