They contacted me several times and stated they needed half of the total cost up front and the other half at completion. I wanted to make sure I had the funds to pay at the time of completion so scheduling was prolonged for a little while. I finally gathered the money and they came out to go over my housing community requirements for roofing. He gathered the information. They found a hole where animals were coming in the house and said they wouldn't be able to repair the hole for a week and a half, so they put a piece of board over it so it wouldn't leak. They came back and hurried to get the 35000 sf roof completed. They moved stuff around my yard and I ended up having to put them back. They tore up some screens that they didn't repair. They were hunting for an outlet at one point and ended up ripping out a metal housing that was in my wall. I am still finding the little staples and nails and trash in my yard that they didn't clean up. They did come back with the magnet roller to try and get those items up. I was watching them and saw them kick a metal boarder in the air to get it out of the way while they were using the magnet roller. They broke a water deviater that's for our drain pipes. They never came back for their company sign that they had in my yard. I had told them they needed to get it because they did not have my permission to put it in my yard, so I ended up removing it myself. They were supposed to fix my drywall on my ceiling and apply the popcorn texture. He didn't show up for the first appointment. The second time he showed up he put two pieces of wood on the roof to protect it from leaking and painted it to match the house and then left. They called Thursday and said he would be there the next Friday at 8:30am. I was up and waiting and he never came. I waited till almost 10am and then went to take a nap. I got a call and I heard the voice mail saying that he had been knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell and then left. I asked if he was coming back out and they just gave me the run around so I ended up hiring someone else. They also left tire tracks on my driveway and said they would come back and clean it but never did. I also found where they applied a board that was not painted.. they never fixed that either. They also tore the cable cord away from the house and rock and I had to call the cable company to come and fix that.
