Premium Cabinets

Ordered a complete kitchen cabinet set as RTA for an out of state project. They arrived damaged, and missing some pieces including a couple of entire cabinets and accessory pieces missing. I've been trying for 3 months to get replacements and the owner said he's filed an insurance claim, but still no replacements. He did send me home with one corner cabinet which had not been shipped, but the carton had been written on with a Sharpie "missing f.f." (face frame) which was partially accurate no hardware, either. Having a difficult time now getting a response from Austin, the owner. Will update - hopefully with good news - as this progresses.

I placed an order for custom cabinetry in June 2021. It is now approaching June 2022 and the job is not finished. I have been LED ON the entire time and they still can not execute this job. Austin has also verbally tried to claim what we agreed to is not what I will get because it was not explicitly written into the contract. This is a red flag and buyers should beware. Quality is acceptable so far but the lack of timeline is not. One star until they complete the job then I will update. DO NOT PAY IN FULL and consider whether living in a construction site for a year is worth paying when you go with this company.

Premium Cabinets started work on our kitchen in October 2017. Now it's February 2018 and they still haven't finished. We are extremely disappointed in the installation. For months now we've listened to excuse after excuse, story after story. We regret having chosen Premium Cabinets and wish we had gone with another company.

In my opinion, the project was not managed correctly nor timely. We were told the project would take 3 weeks after start date. 3 months later, they disappeared. no return of messages, nothing. Can not get the contractors # to turn in after install to get our rebates back on the new appliances. The painting and dry wall sub contractors did shoddy work at best and never finished. Cabinets & Granite are very nice, the balance of the project did not go well!

Beautifully! They helped me design and installed cabinets. I liked them so well that I ordered more later and am about ready to add some more in another area. Very professional and respond quickly to email, calls or texts. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond my expectations multiple times.

We happened upon Premium Cabinets through Craigslist of all places. Initially, I was skeptical that they would be able to deliver what their ad said. We scheduled a visit anyway, and went to their warehouse in Tulsa. Seeing the quality of their cabinets first hand put all our fears at ease. The cabinets were made of plywood, not MDF, the hinges and drawer slides that come standard are high quality soft close. Of the 20+ cabinets we installed they were all square and solid, we opted to install them ourselves and were pleased with how easy it was to install the cabinets without having to force them square. Not only were their cabinets better quality than what we could have bought at one of the big box stores, they were better looking with many door faces to choose from and a variety of finishes available, and they cost way less!

Came out and measured the space, discussed what we wanted, about 3 weeks later came out and installed the cabinet.  Installation included making modifications to the base boards and wall in the area where the cabinet was installed.  It was very professional and looks great.

Initially, I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the end product and the service I received from the owner. The product had inferior construction and substandard craftsmanship and was unacceptable. 82% of the cabinets were damaged with crack caulked corners or busted with exposed screws upon delivery. However, Gary the owner came back and offered a resolution to the situation. In the end I am satisfied.

Happy, happy, happy... describes me after dealing with the pros at Premium Cabinets.  From initial design to installation this company did an A-1 job.  The quality of the cabinets is very high and the cost extremely competitive.  I certainly can recommend them highly.

Contracted with Premium in August of 2014. We paid in full up front to save the 10%. Installation took 5 months from that point to final completion. In addition, we ordered cabinets with a specific hinge which was not delivered. Gary explained he did not know the design had changed. The continued delay to complete was explained as an issue with the factory not understanding the correct doors to send. Gary and staff are very friendly and professional and always returned calls. I never had a problem reaching them. The installer (Terry) was excellent. Very detailed, punctual and tidy.  However, 5 months to complete is very excessive. We didn't have any financial leverage as we had paid in full up front in good faith.  The installation is complete and we are satisfied with the cabinets but would not recommend them.

We found Premium Cabinets on Angie's List. Gary was very responsive and professional when communicating with us. Knowing that time was of the essence for our new build, Gary quickly processed our estimate and plan revisions expediting our order. 
Our cabinets arrived a week ahead of schedule - talk about great service!  We love the quality of the cabinets and have had numerous compliments on them. Our kitchen looks amazing!  We highly recommend Premium Cabinets!

We were convinced that we were not going to have new cabinets, due to the outrageous prices at the Big Box stores.  We had succumbed to re-facing our cabinets, until I joined Angie's List and read some reviews on Premium Cabinets and especially Gary at the Tulsa, office.

From the beginning, Gary at Premium Cabinets provided a great atmosphere with quality service and communication we all expect but seldom receive.  The design process was thorough and pleasant.  We provided some initial dimensions, Gary had the dimensions verified the next week, design complete, cabinets ordered.  Gary's communication throughout the process was absolutely perfect. 

We actually ordered the cabinets a couple of months before we installed them because we were doing all of the demo ourselves.  Gary was kind enough to store our cabinets (at no charge) and continued to communicate with us thru our construction process to ensure a prompt delivery date. 

Here is where Gary separates himself from most.  During our proposed week of installation a personal tragedy within the his office occurred.  We would absolutely understand if there was a delay...there was not, cabinets installed...complete. 

The installation crew was outstanding, very professional and accommodating and cleaned their mess! 

The cabinets are better than expected, absolutely gorgeous, changed the kitchen, my wife is ecstatic.

Bottom line, outstanding service and quality at a third of the cost...

I compared prices with the two main home improvement stores and Premier Cabinets and they were almost the same price but I decided to go with Premium Cabinets since I had used them for my kitchen remodel and was very pleased with the cabinets and install went smoothly.   Also Gary is great to work with you to get the right cabinets for the space you need with your budget in mind.    



The only thing to watch for when comparing prices is to get a firm price from the installer.  The home improvement stores I checked include delivery and install where as Premium Cabinets does not include install.  The install for my bathroom ended up being much more than I had planned.  Shop around for installers and get a written contract.  There was a huge discrepancy from the price he originally quoted and the price when he completed.  I'm not saying  this is Premium Cabinets fault.  Just something to be sure and figure in when comparing cost.  And again, get everything in a written contract.

When I needed new kitchen cabinets I got 3 estimates. Gary's price was comparable to the "Big Box Store" but with him I received all the same features plus so much more. Being a single mom I was working with a tight budget and Gary went above and beyond to ensure the process of designing and ordering cabinets was easy.  Expectations Exceded!!!

Overall went well and positive.  I highly recommend them.
