Description of Work: Unlike the big box stores, Pierponts provides excellent customer service. I love the personal attention Pierponts provides. From the happy greeting at the door from her boxer, Hummer, and the cheerful hello from Cathy you know you have the small town shopping that many of us miss. Cathy will recommend the best products for your job and she will make sure everything goes well from the start of the job to the end. She has helped me through several plumbing problems just recently. If she cannot answer your question, she knows the right people to call to find out. I've been very pleased and will definitely shop with her again.
