Andrew is our choice at PetSmart in Owsso, he is great with our dogs and is generally on schedule. The dogs are always clean and well groomed.

I have used Pet Smart at this location several times, (approx 5). Sometimes just a bath and nails, sometimes there full deal with teeth brushing and ears and anal sacs expressed.
George is a small, short haired dog who LOVES going to the vet or groomer. Neither my husband or myself has ever been satisfied with the way he smells when we pick him up. He stinks! smells like wet dog and matted fur. I have spoken to the grooming manager about it and they have supposedly tried to correct it by using different shampoos. (I use lavender shampoo ata home for him and have never had this problem, so he isn't a stinky dog!)
This last time, my husband picked him up and on reviewing the bill, found an extra $20 fee on there, that we had not asked for nor received! Additionally while getting this straightened out, he asked a few more questions and found that they don't do a full gland express like they do at the vet, just sort of a and quot;miniand quot; job! I'd been paying for this service each time as George has difficulty's with this.
Anyway, long story a little shorter, we will never take George back there again. He comes home stinky and I feel like they have over charged for a lousy job. His Nails are never short enough. I will say that they do a good job of brushing his teeth!

The experience was great. She clipped her exactly how I had asked her to be done.

It's a convenient place to take the dog. She gets excited to go in and smell around. The prices aren't as good as another place but we liked the groomers better here, they are more professional.
