I had a vacant rental house that had become overrun with red bugs. I would clean up all the bugs one day and the next their would be more. I had used Pest Patrol once before when I had a wasp problem. On that occasion, they came out that same day and took care of the problem immediately. So I called them for the red bug situation and Todd, the owner of Pest Patrol, met me there that next day. He went around the entire parameter of the house, inside and out, climbing through hedges, inspecting window sills, looking for the source(s). He also walked the yard and inspected our work shed in the back yard.
He told us that the bugs were Box Elder bugs, a relatively harmless bug albeit a nuisance. He treated the house and yard. He came back the next day to check on the property ready to retreat, if necessary. It wasn't. They were gone.
Todd was very personable, and really seemed to know his stuff. I appreciate his attention to detail on the problem and the fact that he followed up. I will use Pest Patrol every time I have a problem now.
