The sewer cap was rusted shut, so they ended up breaking through it. They found that the sewer line was indeed filled with water. They augered the line from the house to the sewer main and cleared it out. Almost 1.5 hours of on-site work. When the work was complete, I went to the local home store and picked up the replacement cap they suggested.

I had to have a sewer line pumped because I had a back up. They were very accommodating. They were booked up but wanted to make sure it was taken care of, so they came out and took care of it very, very quickly. It was a kind of flat fee for the service which I liked. I guess they do it a lot so they decided to flat fee it. They told me that they were completely booked up the day I needed them to come out. He worked hard to get the guys out because he knew it was a serious problem. They came out in the afternoon and fixed it very quickly. It did not take long at all. Everything seemed to be working fine. The price was very reasonable. I don’t have anything to compare it with but I thought it would be more expensive.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB ON EVERYTHING THAT I HIRED THEM FOR. IT'S A GOOD FEELING WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT THE JOB WILL GET DONE RIGHT. EVERYTHING HAS ALWAYS GONE WELL WITH THIS COMPANY.
