They were quick to provide an estimate in the early morning (before I had to go to work) and then scheduled as soon as my schedule permitted. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Their customer services and flexibility were great. Any electronically work I have done in the future will be with them!

The gentleman that came out here was very nice and professional but after 1.5 hours was not able to get these ceiling fans installed. He was attempting to do the project but after an hour and a half he was not able to install them. When we discussed a solution, he said he was not able start or finish the work. I called the owner to speak about what was going on and he told me to have the worker to leave immediately and I would be put on a do not service list. I let him know that I am perfectly fine with that since the work wasn't accomplished. I was then billed for the service, which not serviced at all. We were ripped off and spoke to the management that said we requested the service and needed to pay the bill even if nothing was done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was told a lein would be placed on our home if we did not pay the bill. We went around in circles and, rather than risk the lein, which is a ridiculous threat for a job that was not even started, much less completed.

Thanks for an excellent job. Fred did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with. He took the extra care needed with a plaster ceiling. I'll definitely use your company again in the future. My neighbors came over to see  the work and took your number. Hard to find companies to do small jobs. What may seem like a small job to some is very important to us. Dealing with your office was easy and I felt valued as a customer. Fred took his time cutting the plaster so as not to create a bigger problem than he solved. Extremely pleased.

They were considerate, polite, punctual and helpful. Very patient to explain various workings of their efforts.
Changed out a ceiling vent. We also had an outside lamp that wasn't working properly, the paint guy messed it up, and they got it in working order again. We have front lamp posts, one was not working, they fixed that, however, a few months later the other side stopped working, we think it's our problem not theirs. We were very pleased with their work and their professionalism.

They did not do an inspection, no.  I thought they were going to check out things but they didn't.  I believe it was more than $35.  I can't say that I was happy because I thought they would come and do what I needed done.

They arrived on time, did a great job of assessing the electrical needs and checked every outlet.  Found one problem and tried to fix it but didn't have the part on the truck.  The problem was after they left.  It has been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them or received a report.  I wrote them last week through Angie's List to check in and still no reply.  Very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and I would be in a real bind if I actually needed them to do something soon.

They owner and an assistant arrive promptly

 and examined all the out lets and light fixtures and anything having to do with electric. They found and short in a light fixture in the guest bath and were able to fix it. within the cost of the inspection. They were very efficient and professional.

It was difficult getting anyone to return my calls to set up an installation appointment, but once one was finally set up, 2 electricians came to my home on the appointed day and did an excellent job of installing the fan, balancing it, and installing a light fixture over the sink.  Excellent work and very fast.

Two men from this company appeared as scheduled on the morning of the appointment.  They completed the work in a timely manner.  The cost was very reasonable.

I bought Angie's Deal to get all outlets and all breaker boxes in my home tested because I knew I had some bad outlets.  I was scheduled for 3:15 pm May 1st..  I was called about 2 hours before the time and asked to reschedule which I did for 3 pm Friday May 8th.  They showed up on time and tested everything.  A bad breaker, two bad outlets, a bad circuit because the ground fault interupter had failed.  I had some other electrical issues I wanted then to work on and they said they would send me an estimate for all of the work.  It's now been more than one week and no estimate.  They have both my cell phone number and my email address. I now know what is wrong with my electrical system but I will use another company from Angie's list to give me an estimate to fix my electrical problems.

Called before coming out as I had requested.  Very nice guys.  Went to work & got everything done quickly.  Reasonable on price. Very happy and will definitely call with future electrical needs.
