Description of Work: I have used PAW Automotive at numerous times to repair my 1999 Mercedes E320. Very professional. Work is always done right. I have only used them for mechanical issues but they do body work also.

Description of Work: Repaired my son's GTI. PAW always does exceptional quality work and price is cheaper than VW or BMW dealerships for sure but more expensive than general auto service shops. These guys are professional so it costs a bit more to have it done right the first time.

 + -1 moreThey were awesome. I happened to call them and the gentleman was so nice. He came over immediately, got my suitcases and took me to my hotel. He unloaded my suitcase for me and made sure everything was okay before he left with my car. He was very reasonable and I was very pleased with them. It was my first day on the job and they made a very good impression. I thought the price was very reasonable considering he had to tow me out of a busy intersection. The gentleman was extremely professional and went above and beyond. I would recommend him.
Description of Work: P.A.W Automotive basically towed my car to their place when my engine literally died in the middle of a busy intersection.

They let me purchase much of my parts online after they gave me an estimate and parts list to save money for my son, otherwise it would have easily cost over $2000 with retail parts. They are very thorough and even showed me some other potential problems down the road with the car since it was a used car purchase for my teenage son. Also, my regular mechanic, who is very reliable and honest for many years, was the one who referred me to PAW for this vehicle (my mechanic would not work on European cars)."

 + -1 moreTheir prices are right. They are cheaper than a car dealership. They found problems that weren’t addressed before. We are off our warranty, and they are a much better deal. They fix the problem in our vehicles in 1 day.
Description of Work: We use Paw Automotive. We recently dropped off one of our vehicles and picked another one up there. They fixed tail lights and typical stuff.
