I was very surprised when Kit from Pacific Plumbing responded so quickly to my project. I posted on the day before New Year’s Eve and he came out the next day on holiday weekend. One of the great things about his service and that he did not up-charge for the holiday weekend. He is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the the issue very quickly. I would recommend giving him a shot for your plumbing needs.

It was determined that there was a gas leak at my elderly mother's home. I hired Pacific Plumbing to handle the issue. Mr. Kit and his crew were there fast to address and correct the problem. He explained the situation to us and the work was done professionally and he was very kind to my mother. He receives a 5 star rating from us.

I was very pleased all the way all the around with Pacific Plumbing. Kit and his son were very personable, and me feel like family. Theyâ re work was OUTSTANDING, done in a timely manner and very reasonably priced. I am already making a list of other work I would like for them to do in the future. After some bad experiences with another plumber, Kit came in and did a real repair instead of a makeshift and charged less than the makeshift repair charged by the other plumber. He's been back to my house several times since then and has always done the job right and charged me a fair price. I recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

The job cost a little bit more than I was anticipating, but I haven't had any plumbing work done in quite a while, so I'm sure, like everything else out there, costs have gone up. They did a great job and did it quickly! Also, they give the price up front and you don't get any surprises on your bill. Great communication! Great to see a father/son duo working together!
