Overhead Door Company of Tulsa - Residential

I went to the company since they where the ones that supplied and installed the garage door in my house back in 2005 / 2006. I had an issue that the door would not operate. I went to their offices and set up an appointment, which was more than reasonable. On the appointed day a gentleman came with the proper identification and checked the system. After reviewing he found a problem with the motor, which he did not have in his truck and he informed us that he would come back the next day, which he did and changed out the motor plus did a full system check and evaluation. So far, the door is working properly, better than before and the assistance was very good. Price wise the cost was very reasonable, so no issues there. I recommend Overhead Doors to anyone.

It went very well. They showed up earlier than expected and it only took 20 minutes. The technician, Mike, was courteous and professional. I was very impressed.

Both springs were replaced and tech assisted in answering other door related questions. Tech fixed the door the same day that I called them.

The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also gave me some advice on garage door maintenance.

They showed up on time and told me the estimated time to complete the job. They replaced the opener/motor, the outdoor keypad, added two sensors, and replaced the button inside the garage which opens the door. They also gave us two new remotes for our cars. They completed the job in less time than estimated, helped me program the code for the outdoor keypad, and reviewed the changes I needed to know about our new system. Both men were polite and helpful.

Service tech showed up on time and completed repair in a timely manner.

Went okay, hoped to use a coupon but didn't work for the size of door I needed.

It went super! Really appreciate honest and skilled technicians that come within one day like they did! Especially fantastic after originally having the wrong Overhead Garage Door Company come out and realized that I had the wrong folks and paid them for their service call and $700 estimate! It was an easy mistake to get the wrong company on Google - it appeared they were the original Overhead Door folks on Google. So the cost to fix it was $75 which included using the $20 coupon on Angie's list. I could have gotten scammed but didn't!

Fantastic. It was very good. I would tell them that they are honest, and do great work. They are great people, and you need to use them.

Went great. The sales man came out and was able to give us a quote without me even being there. Work was done next week. Everything was done in a day. They look and work great!

This company installed a garage door for my new construction home in
2013. The door has broken a few times since despite it being a new door.
It broke on New Year's Eve and they didn't respond to our messages for
help until I called again during business hours on Jan. 4. They refused
to fix it for free even though the warranty was only a few months over.
They refused to work with me on price for a new service door too. The
office personnel and owner were rude and I would not recommend them.

It went great! Matt was our technician and he was very personable and friendly. In addition to replacing the torsion spring, he gave us helpful tips on how to care for everything related to the garage door opener. He offered to help with the programming of remotes or anything else we needed. Very pleased with the service!

Garage door opener failed on 12/22/15, thought that I would not be able to get it fixed until after Christmas.  I called Overhead Door of Tulsa, since they saved me once in the past, and they said they would be out the next day.  They called to let me know they were on their way.  Rusty was very professional, and repaired the opener quickly (even thought it was very old, and could have insisted in selling me a new one), made some adjustments, and oiled all of the moving parts.  Great experience, again.
