The dealer from whom we bought the refrigerator suggested them. It was a bargain.  It went very nicely.  They were prompt and knowledgeable.

Awesome.

I've used them on a couple occasions, and they have never failed. (Date of last service is a guesstimate.) The same gentleman performed both repairs. He was prompt and very professional.

Anthony, the technician, was courteous, professional, friendly and perfect. He did not speak to me like I was an idiot and he answered my questions. Based on my previous experience with Omstead, that I use them based on a recommendation, and my desire to have AC, I went with a new, more energey efficient unit rather than spend over $500 to reair a 16 year old unit. After I told a neighbor I was told I should phone others. I phoned others and each call made me more confrident of my decision. This same neighbor let the tech in and commented how impressed he was with Anthony. I think the Omstead company is the only place to use for your HVAC needs.

Overall everything went extreamly well. Work done on both houses (replace compressor at one house, seasonal tune-up and new AC unit at house number 2). Anthony kept me updated about what to expect as far as when the compressor part would come in which I really appreciated. Also, the compressor was still under warrenty (10 year warrenty that was set to expire in less than 1 year so I feel very lucky). Anthony took care of everything and completed all the work just as he told me he would.

They were not apologetic. I called them and I told them that the repair man said it was fixed. He said the refrigerator part would cool the freezer compressor. It had not quit running at the start time of the repair - it was just not freezing well. He just took it apart and couldn't get it back together and then it wouldn't run at all. And then they refused to come back. I had never, ever had anybody treat me like that. I would never use them again.

They were great. They came within hours of my calling. I had my new motor the very next day. I like them so I keep calling them back.

The service person arrived at the appointed time and said the "computer brain" had gone out which he said was common with this model refrigerator. I appreciated the fact that he had one with him so I didn't have to wait for a part to be ordered. He was courteous, kept me informed and cleaned up before he left. I would use this company again. In fact I need my gas fireplace repaired and will call them for that repair.

From first contact to service delivery, everything went well. Good service, punctual, and affordable.

Excellent overall. Office staff was professional and friendly as was the tech. The tech called ahead just before reaching our house so as to let us know he would be there shortly. He seemed knowledgeable and quite willing to answer questions and explain things.

I WAS HAVING A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH THE PRICE OF THE SERVICES AND THE FACT THAT THEY KIND OF JUST THROW THEIR TOOLS ON THE FLOOR. I WISH THEY WOULD BRING SOMETHING TO PUT THEM ON. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY DO GREAT WORK.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS FOR APPLIANCE REPAIRS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE GOOD WORK FOR US. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL.

I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE OF THE SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDED. I THINK THAT THEY ARE A LITTLE TOO HIGH. I WAS REALLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME. THE QUALITY WAS GREAT.

I HAD NOT EXPECTED THEM TO BE ABLE TO GET EVERYTHING WORKING SUCH A SHORT TIME. THEY ONLY TOOK TWO HOURS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THE PRICE WAS GREAT FOR SUCH SPEEDY SERVICE. I AM SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY.
