Nunley Custom Painting Inc

The paint is like a watered down paint. Our home is only 2 years old. We repainted the same color in a Sherwin William semi gloss and an entry hall DRANK 2 gallons of paint. The entry hall is not that big. And the color is darker because of the cheap watered paint. We now realize the entire house needs to be repainted by true professionals or by us. These guys did a terrible job. There was tape left on the top of baseboards and was just painted over. There was no prep work done to prepare the walls as in a primer. This surface is rough and now with decent paint it is smooth even though the walls have a slight texture. Their work is horrible. I would NEVER use them or recommend them. We have even given our evaluation of the painters to our builder. We talked to another neighbor who said they provided the same feedback to our builder.

Called Nunley and asked about it. They told me to call Sherwin Williams and blamed it on the paint. Horrible customer service. They do not stand behind their work.

Initial service and results were good but exterior painting began to chip and peel away in areas.  I called, emailed, and exchanged text messages with the office manager and the owner (Roger Nunley Jr.) for over 60 days trying to get the issues resolved.  I was "promised" that Nunley Custom Painting would "schedule me next week," which, of course never happened.
I suspect inadequate prep work of existing surfaces led to the peeling issues.
Buyer beware:  Nunley Custom Paint accepts $24,000 jobs but doesn't make repairing deficient work a priority.  Look elsewhere when you need painting services.
