NATIONAL AUTO GLASS

This was the one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I arrived to pick up the car at the appointed time to be told it wasn't close to being ready. The representative was most unprofessional in her attitude, treating me as if I was, at best, an unwelcome intrusion on her day. When the car was finally ready, I was told not to take all the blue tape off for at least a day, to give the glue time to properly set up. When the tape was removed, you could tell at a glance the windshield was not remotely centered in the space and there were several ancillary parts broken and some paint scratches on the car itself! I was so angry about the shoddy job that I did not want them anywhere near my car ever again, so I took the car to another shop a little farther down the street - something I should have done in the first place. I got a first rate windshield replacement to replace the botched job from the National Auto Glass. I would never do any business there again - ever!
