NAGLE TILE CO

Mike came and finished removing old tile I hadn't gotten around to removing yet out of my shower, so the new tile could be installed. He also contracted a plumber for $300 to come and do some plumbing work on a valve that needed to be adjusted. When the plumber was finished, I spoke to Mike and told him I wanted white tile installed. He told me he was going to put in the white tile, but when I got home from work, he had put in an almond color tiling, which is not what I wanted. I complained to him about it, but he argued with me that almond color tiles are white. He told me he was going to fix it, but instead, he went ahead and put the grout in. I thought he was going to put in white grout, but instead he put in a brown color grout, which made the tile look like it was molded or really dirty between the tiles. I ended up going in with a screwdriver and removed all of the grout the best I could by myself. I called him to complain about putting in a bad color grout and also complained about wanting the almond tiles completely removed. He did not finish the job I had paid him to do. He ended up charging me way to much than what he estimated and charged me a lot more for the little amount of work he did. He never got around to start working on the bathroom floor. I ended up having to pay someone else to come and finish the shower floor and do all of the work for the bathroom floor. They re-did the grout work in the shower for me.
