They straight up lied about prices upfront. Do not use them. They will rip you off

Terrible! PSO gas tech was called to turn gas on at my property. He did and he said everything was working, BUT he said I had to replace flex line because they were not in compliance. He had to flag and turn off until I replaced line. I bought the unit from Steve Murrell. He said that he had to replace replace many lines. So, not only did he replace the line HE SO CALLED REPLACED other items HE SAID THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED in order to get the gas unit working. IT WASN'T BROKE!!! He charged me over $500 dollars. He had me waiting 2 weeks after his first initial trip to replace flex line. He said he had to order some other part also. This flex line replacement which he said would cost 35 dollars turned into over 500 dollars. STEVE MURRELL took advantage of me and I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. I asked for a detailed receipt and he got extremely angry at me because I insisted. I know why he didn't because HE KNEW HE WAS RIPPING ME OFF! I do not trust this company ANY LONGER!!! I referred him several times before.

Could not be happier, they did a great job, fast and efficient and friendly. Came through when we needed them most! The price I quoted below was for both jobs, I would hire them again in a minute!

My wife and I recently purchased our first home and about 30 days after we moved in the central air conditioner wasn't blowing cold. We were told that the unit was only about 7 years old. We had another company come and check the unit and they told us that our coil condenser was not compatible and that we will need to replace our whole system cheapest rate was $1500. We were refereed to Murrell Heat and Air after we got the quote from the other company. Steve was on time and very professional. He looked and the unit and saw that the outside connection wasn't welded properly and that we had no coolant in the system. He fixed the weld to prevent the leak and charged the unit with Freon.  He was in and out with in 45 mins and fixed the issue for about $300.00.

Another company in town fooled around for a week, in sub-freezing temperatures.  A friend recommended Steve, and they were there within 3 hours.  He quickly found the problem with the "flame detector", had an equivalent part in his truck, and in less than 30 minutes we were warm again.  The price was also very fair for such quick service.  He even left me the old part to show what had failed.

Came out the same day, ordered part and came out two days later when part arrived. Blower was replaced professionally and at a good price.

I called Steve Murrell to fix a inoperative air conditioner. He was able to get out in less than a day in spite of it being the hottest day of the year with many service calls. In the past, he has replaced one of our furnaces and air conditioning systems as well as making service calls. He has always come quickly and when he said he would, His work has been excellent with never a need for a callback. His prices are below average.
