They are perfectionists. It has to be just perfect. I was so impressed when I would see them constantly checking the running water, flushing toilets etc. to be sure everything was perfect. I now have them in my home repairing things and enclosing my attic. They ask for less than they deserve, so I paid them more. They work fast and together. Always appeared on time. While they are contract labor, I have asked them to work in my store a few hours a day to "tweak" the store. I can't move the furniture myself.
