Awful! I was told that we needed a $400 part to fix our 4 year old dishwasher. We were given the option to wait four days for the part and a repaired dishwasher or to buy a new one. We decided to wait the four days - which turned into six and pay the $400 for a repaired dishwasher. Once the repair was complete, the dishwasher still didn’t work. We were left again without a dishwasher and no solutions from Mr. Appliance. Now they are charging us for the part and consultation, but they did nothing but waste our time! Don’t waste your time or money on this company. Can’t trust them to do what they say or to get what you need fixed.

"The repair was never completed as you chose to purchase a new diswasher even though the authorized repair was in process. You have never completed the payment for the parts installed. Please call the office to complete your obligation."

He had trouble with a clamp on the washer, still worked but has a very minor leak.  A week and half later the dryer broke down again doing the same thing, running 5 minutes and stopping.  I called to get him back out, and was told it would be nearly a week before a return appointment could be made. I told them that was unacceptable, we have full family and need this to be working, not to mention the fix did not do the job.  Appointments called him and he said he would not respond but scheduled the apt the next week.  Not happy about this!

"Customer originally called in on 11/13/2015, friday, @ 10:00 PM wanting service. Even though schedule was already full, customer was given after hours appointment on Saturday 11/14/2015 with no additional charge. Both washer and dryer were repaired. Heating element was defective on dryer and was replaced. Informed customer because dryer was new, less than 2 years old, dryer vent needed to be professionally cleaned or additional problems would probably occur. If they were still having problems after having vent professionly cleaned, they were instructed to call back in and schedule an appointment. Customer caledl in 3 weeks later, 12/3/2015 and said they were having problems with dryer. Gave them first available appointment, which was 3 business days later, 12/9/2015, (NOTE: Office was closed due to previously scheduled 3 day weekend to visit elderly parents out of state).Customer never cancelled appointment with my office, however sent information through 3rd party they supposedly had dryer repaired by another servicer. We have no way to determine what repairs were made and were not given the chance to resolve the issue. Regards, Kendell Roper Mr. Appliance of Metro Tulsa"

The ice maker in the refrigerator quit working and Kendell was able to diagnosis the problem very quickly. The ice maker was
unrepairable and needed to be replaced. Kendell located a replacement locally and ran to get it and then installed it. 
The whole job was handled quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Everything has worked great since the repair.
We will definitely call  him again if we need repair services in the future.

Drum had came loose in washer; wanted to find out if it was worth fixing or if I should buy a new one.  The guy was very polite and friendly.  He recommended I buy a new washer.  I would use this service again.

We've used Mr. Appliance before and they have been great so far. Our refrigerator started freaking out and the technician deduced that it was a faulty panel in the back. He had it fixed within 2 hours. The main cost was the cost of the replacement panel, though they do have a $100 service fee.

Kendall did a great job. He showed up when he said he would, He made the repairs in a timely manner. He explained everything. He cleaned up after himself. He was curteous and professional at all times. I would highly recommend him.

I had been working unsuccessfully with another company for months to repair my fridge. My home warranty company referred me to Mr. Appliance. It was easy to make an appointment. Kendell Roper called ahead and came at the time he said he would. He was professional and polite. He explained everything that needed to be done and why. He resolved the initial problem and the one that the previous technician created. He was great to work with. I highly recommend Kendell Roper, Mr. Appliance.
