Do not hire these people. I received a quote for $2300 for a 1 bedroom house with very little furniture which I thought was more than fair for the service being provided. After calling to schedule the actual pickup they told me the quote was now $2900 and I need to pay them a deposits of $1600 and they cannot use debit or credit cards. At this point I should have canceled the service and hired a different company. On the pickup date, a truck arrived an hour after the scheduled time with only 1 mover. The said the other movers where on the way yet they never arrived, the packing went well however after he finished the company sent me an invoice for $5600 and said that I had more than they expected even tho we went over it on the phone at least 4 times. I paid them. They charge you exceedingly for their logistical failures or just because and communication is nonexistent. Hire literally anybody else for a better and more affordable experience.

I decided to utilize Moving Solutions based on a recommendation from a friend. Their pricing was only slightly lower than many of their competitors which was not a deciding factor in my utilizing them for a local move of a 4 bedroom house. The sales manager who provided the onsite quote was friendly but everything after that was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They had only one truck driver with a CDL so he was constantly shuttling between jobs while I paid a significant hourly rate waiting for a driver to move the truck. The employees were not motivated and there appeared to be no one in charge. At an hourly rate I expect results. I called the sales manager who called the on-site manager on the day of the move. That helped to speed things along but the move still took over 16 hours. Upon arriving at the new home the employees did damage a number of items including walls and doors. While a move can't be expected to go perfectly it was their response that warranted me never doing business or recommending them again. After repeated calls to fix the damage, filing a damage report, filing a claim with the BBB and sending them a certified letter all attempts to get any resolution were completely ignored or the person on the phone would promise a visit but would never show. Please do not use this company. They will move your items but will not provide service after the move. I am now stuck with hundreds in damage to my front door, a piano, refrigerator and other items that will never be fixed. They take your credit card on the day of the move. I would wait until they fix the damage before paying them anything. Again, I can't stress just how bad this experience was and the fact that they wouldn't even respond to a BBB claim says volumes.

Never, never, never use these people.  They moved my mother from her home to an apartment with no problems, so I expected none when I called them to move my office furniture from downtown to south Tulsa.
The goons that moved my things mutilated my desk and credenza, each single-piece book-matched walnut veneer items I'd owned for 21 years. They loaded them up on a furniture dolly without any padding and bounced them down a flight of stairs getting them out of the old office, marring the finish, and broke one of the desk drawers and didn't even mention it to me. A furniture restoration company estimated the cost of refinishing the defaced surfaces at $1,700. My law partner's furniture was also damaged to the tune of $900. Moving a large filing cabinet into my house without help from the three others on the crew who were standing around smoking cigarettes by the truck, their big guy slipped on the threshold and put a large gouge in my front door.
I called and their sales rep came out to look at the damage. I followed up with a letter enclosing photos, estimates and everything else they needed to make it right. Never heard from them, so I sued them in Small Claims Court. Not a word until the day of the hearing, when I met the owner Isaac Akeem. His best offer was to call it a wash and write off his $400 charge for moving us and let us eat the $2600 worth of damage his crew did.
We got our judgment, then began the ordeal of collecting it. This fellow Akeem is from Cameroon, West Africa. he drives a Lexus, but wanted to pay off the judgment in $50 monthly installments. No thanks. He wouldn't turn it in to his insurance company, if he has one, so I had to get creative. I was able to find out where he banks from the back of the check my mother had written him for her move, and garnished his bank account for the money.
To add insult to injury, he was very rude and confrontational during our courtroom encounter. I doubt his claim that he is insured and bonded. Taking into account the hours I had to put into recovering what he should have paid without question, I came out way on the short end of the whole deal.
The furniture repairman said he was well familiar with Mr. Akeem by way of other unhappy customers whose furniture had been mangled by Moving Solutions.

Extremely well, from my initial phone call requesting information, to the many calls in between to confirm our closing date on the house. Their moving crew contacted me 30 minutes prior to my appointment on move date to let me know they were on their way. They arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. The two of them were professional, respectful, and courteous. They took great care of our furniture and boxes and worked with tremendous efficiency. These two knew what they were doing - and did it well! The same is true of when they offloaded the truck at our new home. I can't say enough about these gentlemen or Moving Solutions. I will use them again in the very near future as we have yet another full house move to complete the transition to our new home. We recommend them HIGHLY.

THEY ARRIVED LATE, AND TOOK FOREVER TO JUST MOVE MY FURNITURE FROM THE TRUCK TO THE HOUSE. THEIR PRICE WAS NOT REASONABLE BECAUSE THEY TOOK TOO LONG. THEY STILL MANAGED TO BANG UP SOME OF MY FURNITURE.
