Though they do fast work, they somehow always manage to answer the phone when I call (which I did WAY too many times, and they were nice every time). Ralph is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and I would take my car to him all the time if I lived in Tulsa.

We have been taking our VWs to Ralph since buying our first one 29 years ago. He is always honest. Always courteous. Tells you the price and what to expect. And he is fun to talk to because he really seems to enjoy what he does and talking to people about their cars.
