MIDWEST CONSTRUCTION INC

Our phone number has been registered on both the state and federal Do-Not-Call registries for years. This morning I received two phone calls from Midwest Construction in less than a minute. The first one was blocked by a service that reroutes robo-calls. The second call was identified by caller id as St. Francis, where my husband had been this morning for medical treatment. When I answered, the woman identified herself as a representative as of Midwest Construction. I told her that she should not be calling us and hung up. I have reported this incident to the federal registry and the Oklahoma Attorney General.

Jerry, who is the window installer, for Midwest Construction Company was extremely unprofessional. He complained about doing the job from the first moment he started. He was rude and loud about his complaining. This caused a lot of stress while he was here. He did a very poor job installing the windows. One of the windows has a gap allowing insects to enter so we had to repair ourselves. One of the windows rattles in a slight breeze. He had total disregard for our garden area trampling on our flowers and leaving glass and other miscellaneous items in the area. I would not recommend hiring Midwest Construction for window installation and if this is the way they do business I would not recommend them for any other project. We did reach out to Keith the owner of the company and never got a response.

Service was prompt and completed on time.

Worker constantly complained and did not do a professional job. Company had to bring in another worker to correct problems. Tried to inconvenience us to accommodate his own schedule.

This company constantly phone spams me. Yesterday when they called again, I told the man I was on the no calls list and he replied, " Who cares?" I would never, ever, buy from a phone spammer. And the fact that they don't bother to stop calling, even when I ask them to, makes me certain I would never use them.

Have them put it in the contract to insulate any gaps around the windows

I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY. THEY WERE PROMPT AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. I FELT THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB BECAUSE, MY PORCH AND PATIO LOOKS GOOD.

THEY ARE A REALLY BUSY COMPANY. IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO GET OUT TO MY HOME TO REPLACE MY WINDOWS. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY HAD TWO SERVICE MEN WORKING ON THE WINDOWS FOR ME. IT REALLY WAS QUITE A LARGE JOB, BUT THEY DID GOOD WORK AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT IT. THEY DID NOT WASTE ANY TIME.

WHEN THEY WERE DONE MY NEW WINDOWS LOOKED WONDERFUL. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WORKERS. THEY WERE NICE AND SHOWED ME HOW TO USE THE SLIDING WINDOWS PROPERLY. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID.

THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER AND MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO ACCOMMODATE THEIR NEEDS. WHEN THE CUSTOMER LEFT TOWN FOR A FEW DAYS THEY CONTINUED WORKING ON THE PROJECT IN HER ABSENCE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND IT LOOKS WONDERFUL.

THE WINDOWS LOOK VERY NICE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THEM. IT TOOK THEM A SOME TIME TO GET THEM ALL IN, BUT THAT WAS EXPECTED WITH THE LARGE ORDER I PUT IN.
