"We do the best we can with pricing. Tree service is an unregulated industry in Oklahoma so we are forced to try to complete with the prices of uninsured or underinsured companies. I try my best to be fair. It'[Member Information Removed] just that being fully insured and hiring the best employees I can find rather than hiring the cheapest prevents is from being the cheapest tree service around. I've often said that Iam neither the most or least expensive guy around and have no desire to be either one. We are just trying to do good work and make a living. After calling and receiving several quotes. I chose this service. Bill's quote was not the lowest, but one of the best overall. I chose him because he showed up when he said he would to review and quote the project with me. So many others did not.
I had a large Willow Birch (more than 25 years old) that was towering over my house. One portion in particular needed to be dealt with before the ice or snow hit this winter.
In truth I should take the tree down completely as this lovely tree is very old and only has a few more years left in it. But it is beautiful and sentimental to me. In addition, I have several little Woodpeckers and squirrels who live in it. Bill was very polite and was very accommodating. He patiently listened to my suggested hopes for the tree and we reached a very reasonable compromise. I was most impressed that he didn't seem jaded with his tree experience (like some of the others who quoted me) and was willing to adjust the job toward my sentiments with the tree.
We agreed on the start date and time and his crew was there, exactly when he said. When the job was completed, the area was clean and more tidy than when they began the project! Furthermore, I appreciated that I was not nickled and dimed on the project. The quote was the quote.
Everything about this job was handled in a very professional manner. I can refer this service without hesitation!
Now I just have to save up some more money so I can use them on several more projects, calling my name!
