Metro sent out a repair man on my leaking pool pump the same day I called. It was the only warm day recently. The repair man replaced the leaking gaskets and cleaned out the pump. Works like new again. Great work.

Wonderful job. Nate persevered to find small underground crack on the suction side leaf basket. Have had long-standing problem with air in system and low pressures with occasional need to prime system.

They're excellent. They are fast, efficient and the price is right. There's two of them. They come and do it whether you're home or not. I would tell other people that they're good to use that they would come out and open your pool and that they use their own stuff and not your stuff. They're good.

I paid $405.93 for them to open my pool.  They did a nice job, but way overcharged.  They charged $135 per hour AND per person PLUS a $40 "trip charge."  They sent 2 guys, that's $310 for the first hour.  I am shocked at what they feel it is ok to charge.  They removed the cover and put it in a bag.  They started the pump and cleaned the pool.  I am aware that it requires around $50 an hour to make $100k a year?  So, this means that pool guys make almost $300k a year?  EACH?  I have cameras on the exterior of my house.  I watched them open the pool.  2 guys, one working at a relatively normal pace, the other was rather slow.  And he makes $135 a hour?  I have finally learned my lesson and will be finding a new company to open/close my pool.  I have called before and the attitude is ... if you don't like it go somewhere else ... so I guess I will.

It always goes extremely well. Metro Pools has opened and closed our pool for the last two years. They are efficient and fast and attentive to small details. The pool always looks amazing.

First used the company some years ago- Happy with everything except the tech (verbal confrontation forced us to part ways)
Wife re-engaged this year. Wife received a verbal qoute to open pool and start service. Billing did not reflect rate quoted to open pool- Paid anyway.
Went downhill from there- inconsistent billing, failure to lock gate after service and the difference from the quoted rate and Wife and I decided to cancel service. As I had pre-paid I had expected to get a refund. However I was told that chemical charges (that did not appear on the invoice) negated any refund.

From the first phone call to the actual work everyone was consistently professional and nice. I am new to Tulsa and new to owning a pool, it is nice to have found a company that I plan on doing business with for the length of my stay here.

Metro Pool man solved these problems. He advised his rate for fixing problems was $55./hour. He charged $35.00 He got the creepy crawly working better than it had been. "He adjusted a weight so that it cleaned the bottom of the pool better.
