They are a huge warehouse that provides appliances. We used their services to fix our ice maker. The guy came over, he took everything apart, he was very professional. He knew what was wrong. He went and placed the order and then he fixed it. They were actually very prompt when they came over. The only complaint I have is that when the guy came over he didn't put anything on the floor and basically scratched my wood floor. I was a little bit unhappy about that. I did complain about it and then next time he came out to replace the part he did take care of that.
