She charged my daughter on a sliding scale of points, she was willing to take a loss on her part, too.  It's a tough world out there and she gave us advice to put flowers, fix things, etc.

She was great. I don’t remember the price I paid her. She was very outgoing. She was very helpful not only in the purchase of the house but also in negotiating with the seller to get repairs performed.

As my landlandy, Brenda was helpful in providing a temporary home during a transition period. When I located a house to purchase, Brenda represented me to the listing agent, and handled all of the negotiations regarding inspections, disclosures, and closing. Her timely response to my needs and her communications are excellent, and I would gladly use her again. There was a lot of interest in the home I purchased. Brenda provided comparable values prior to the open house, and hosted a private showing immediately after the open house. She prepared an offer the evening of the showing, presented the offer the next morning, and handled the price and terms negotiations to assure that I received the best deal possible.
