The refrigerator, which is one of those high efficiency refrigerators, the refrigeration part stopped  chilling. The freezer was fine, the refrigeratorwas the one getting hot. We called Metro and we found these guys. Metro could not come out in time and when something goes wrong with your refrigeratorit is kind of urgent. Basically, they were able to to fit us in. They came out within a day instead of making us wait a week. The guy came out and took a look at it and basically all he had to do was blow dry the ice off of the freezer side because the high efficiency, what it does is takes the cool air from the freezer and uses that to chill the refrigeratorbut in the backside the condenser gets iced over so it blocks the air flow. So the guy was here, we took everything out, he took a look at it and said oh yeah, not a problem. He was able to replace it within an hour. We were super happy because they had the parts.

It was fine although it seemed very expensive for replacing a door gasket.

I called A Direct Maytag and they sent someone out within 24 hours. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and do all repairs within 1 1/2 hours of arriving. My dryer came with the foreclosed home I purchased, so I had no information on it (even the model number was scratched off) and he was able to fix it on the spot. The part that needed to be replaced happened to be on his truck (which he said was a rare happening), otherwise he would have had to come back after ordering it. Very polite and professional. He also took $25 off with an extra coupon. I would definitely use this company again.

WHEN THEY SHOWED UP THEY GOT TO WORK RIGHT AWAY, AND HAD MY WASHER RUNNING AGAIN IN NO TIME. IT NOW RUNS LIKE NEW, AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY WITH ME.

THEY HAD A SHORT TIME TO WORK, BUT DID A WONDERFUL JOB. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THE COMPANY DID FOR ME. THEY WERE REALLY FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I HAD BOUGHT THE WASHER FROM THEM, AND ALSO GOT A WARRANTY WITH IT. I WAS HAPPY THAT THEY RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALL FAST, AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

I WAS REALLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THE COMPANY DID FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AS FAR AS RESPONSE TIME. I ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY DID NOT TRY TO OFFER ME A NEW DRYER EVEN THOUGH I NEEDED ONE.

DIRECT HOME APPLIANCE HAS PROVIDED EXCELLENT WORK FOR ME. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND REASONABLE IN PRICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN A HALF HOUR. THE WORKER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE AND WORKED HARD TO GET EVERY FIXED SO QUICKLY. WE FEEL COMFORTABLE AND SAFE HAVING THEIR EMPLOYEES IN OUR HOME.

THEY ARE A GREAT, FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS WHO CARES A LOT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY CAME IN AND DID THE JOB LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO HAVE.

THEY ARRIVED THE SAME DAY I CALLED THEM, AND THEY BROUGHT ALL THE PARTS THEY MIGHT NEED TO USE WITH THEM. THE WORK IS ALWAYS COMPLETED VERY QUICKLY AND THEY NEVER HAVE TO DO A JOB TWICE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MAYTAG.

THE PRICE WAS SOMEWHAT HIGH, BUT OTHER THAN THAT, WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS WHILE IN OUR HOME AND THEY BROUGHT ALL THE PARTS THEY MIGHT NEED WITH THEM, SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG.

THE COSTS WERE NOT TOO HIGH FOR THE SERVICES THAT THEY HAD DONE FOR ME. EVEN THOUGH THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM, WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
