+ -1 moreThey refused to haul away old mattresses and were very rude about it. Claimed we had bedbugs!!! No way. No bites. No bugs. I repeatedly asked delivery people to do what I'd been told they would do. I called the business (talked to Aracely Gonzalez) and was told they wouldn't haul them away. I asked them to come get the new mattress sets and give me a refund. They refused. Cost an extra $60 to get old mattresses hauled away. Quality of the new mattresses was good (salesman Elliott was helpful). Quality of service - lousy.
Description of Work: Bought 2 mattress sets to be delivered and set up with old mattress sets hauled away.
