Our salesperson, Brent Clemens, was great. He's very knowledgable and helpful. When we received the wrong box springs for our set, he was very helpful in arranging our replacement. Also, and most importantly, he helped us without hovering (very rare at Mathis Brothers). I understand they work on commission, but it borders on circling sharks at that place sometimes (which can make most people uncomfortable). Brent is the exceptionn and I would recommend him. We ask for him whenever we return.

As we entered the showroom, we were met by the sales associate, who immediately started by asking us questions instead of pawning her wares. We were able to make our decision in our own time. The associate was around when we needed her, but she was never pushy. As far as delivery, the deliver was within the time frame specified and was brought in without damage and was all correct.

The bed is made in China. When I purchased it they said it would take four to six weeks to get. It has been six months and I still do not have it. I call them every week and I have been in the store to talk to them and all I hear is should be next week. I wonder if I'll ever get it.
