"Thank you for the review (member name removed)! I hope you had a great holiday season and if you need anything in the future then let us know and we would be glad to help."
"[removed member name], We clearly explained the project to you and I was out at your home on 2 separate occasions. This was a one day project and for the owner to come out twice to check in on things is very accommodating in our opinion. We also had a project manager on site the entire time and you were given the opportunity to speak with him directly. We did a good job for you guys and tore out an entire cement patio for free. You're writing a review over a year later and have not attempted to contact me in any way at all. You are in the process of selling your home so I guess that sparked this review but I spoke with your agent and the structural engineer last week. I provided them with the documents they requested and the engineer is satisfied with the project so if you had any input or feedback you certainly could have contacted me directly. Good luck selling your home and make sure the new owners submit the proper paperwork so the warranty will be transferred."
