We didn't know that the plumbing vent was in the wall we were tearing down, so that added about 6 hours of jackhammering and $700 to the original estimate of $1300, but Mark Opper was here every day until the job was done (which is more than I can say for the tile guys we hired!) and the finished product is gorgeous. He did a great job.
