Mark McGehee

We were in the process of selling our rental home.  The buyer had a home inspection performed & there were some repairs that needed to be done prior to closing.  We gave the report to Mark, had him come to the house & give us a bid.  He was extremely nice & professional and his bid was very reasonable.  We had another bid to compare prices & Mark's was lower because he didn't add in unnecessary work.  He bid the repairs exactly as they were required in the inspection report.  At one point he even consulted with the inspection company to make sure his repair process was acceptable.  He began the repairs exactly when he said he would & finished ahead of schedule.  He took pictures of all repair work & submitted to us with his final bill.  There were no surprises - final bill matched initial bid.  I would highly recommend using him.
