Landscaping
We were quoted at $10,000 and he required a $7,500 deposit. He worked for about a week and half and he put in one part of the dry river bed. The pond that we had talked about ended up being a small 10 gallon hole, a small hole with a cheap liner and pump. The waterfall that we had talked about was non-existent. He used rock from the landfill that was poor quality instead of landscaping rock. When confronted about all of this he took off.
