Setting up the appointment was easy. I received a coupon in the mail and they were familiar with the special and advertised services. Navigating the offices and finding the appropriate party to check in with was a bit confusing. Once I was checked in, they directed me to the waiting room, which is comfortable--tv's, plenty of seating and tables. You also have a good view of the garage, so you can watch your car leave and return. The customer service person was not able to give me an approximate completion time. I waited for over an hour. Check out was easy. Nothing stood out as a major problem with the transaction. My car came back washed and vacuumed. Everything appeared to have been checked as expected. As with most providers, they gave me a form indicating the fluid levels, amount of wear on tires and break pads and whatnot. Service was just what I expected.

I purchased a 2013 Buick Encore. The SUV I wanted was not available on the lot, but the dealer went to a neighboring state Buick dealer and picked up my Encore. I am very pleased with the vehicle. I thought the dealership was no-pressure. My salesman, Frank, was a joy to work with. He answered all my questions honestly, and if he didn't know the answer, he went to ask someone else. I went shopping alone without my husband, and I was treated respectfully. I do not think I am a very skilled negotiator, but the dealership and my salesman did everything they could to get me as close to my desired numbers as possible.

They have always been quite good in answering my questions. It has been difficult to find parts for my car but they have been able to get them and install them too. Their service and price has been pretty good. I have never had to return anything for clutch and fly wheels. When they say they are going to get something done then they get it done.
