Home Building
$450,000
The building process went well. We have been pleased with the quality of the work and felt initially, the price was fair. BUT, after closing on the home, we learned Marathon Homes had failed to pay our contractors $56,000 for supplies and services provided. So even though we had paid for these goods and the work done, and even though they certified at closing all debts had been paid, Marathon absconded with our money and left the contractors unpaid. The contractors then filed liens against us for the $56,000. Do NOT trust this company. Although they no longer do business in Oklahoma that I know of, they do still exist in Colorado.

I LIKE THE QUALITY THAT I HAVE FOUND IN MY NEW HOME. IT WAS BUILT PERFECTLY AND I WOULD NOT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY. IT DID NOT TAKE THIS COMPANY A LONG TIME TO BUILD IT FOR ME.
